What is Rackstead?+
Rackstead Hosting is a VPS and infrastructure platform with a unified control panel for servers, billing, domains and account management.
What is a VPS?+
A Virtual Private Server is a virtual machine with dedicated CPU, memory and storage you manage — typically with root access over SSH.
What operating systems are available?+
You choose an OS image during deploy in the control panel. The wizard lists the images configured for your environment (for example Ubuntu, Debian and other templates).
Do I get root access?+
Yes. VPS instances include root credentials available from the control panel once the server is running.
How does billing work?+
Orders, invoices and wallet top-ups are managed in the Rackstead control panel under Billing.
Can I host a FiveM server?+
Managed FiveM hosting is coming soon. You can deploy a VPS today and install software yourself, or wait for the managed game flow.
Can I upgrade my VPS?+
Self-serve plan upgrades are not guaranteed in the panel yet. Contact support if you need a larger plan.
Do you offer domains?+
Domain registration and management are available through the control panel when the registrar integration is configured for the environment.
